The hotel was delightful and clean, with faultless staff from Reception to Bar staff to Management. The food was gorgeous, drinks were savoury. The property had a central position so close to both the pub and

The hotel was delightful, and we got a fairly quiet and bright room. The room with comfortable beds. The offered breakfast was free and included variety of options. The venue was in a central setting right in the center of the town.

The location right by city centre was great.

Some people working there were difficult to find.

This place is located right in the heart of the town within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions, in a beautiful building.

I was upgraded to a beautiful and exceptional room with comfortable beds. The hotel was set in a central area, a short walk to the center of the main street.The restaurant was lovely and the heart of town was nearby. 

This place is housed in a fantastic building located in a beautiful and charming area, with breakfast served in the adjacent pub.

Comfortable and fabulous property with welcoming employees from Reception to Bar staff to Management. Good hot and freshly prepared breakfasts, with cereals. Fantastic location really close to the centre of a lovely town, new-fashioned and huge rooms. Again, 5 minutes walk from 

Modern, clean rooms with spacious bathroom featuring a large mirror and shower/bath. Efficient temperature control and air conditioning. Friendly and kind staff at the bar. Brilliant buffet breakfast with free Irish options. 

The restaurant was particularly good for dinner; we both ordered very pleasant dishes. The staff was top-class and attentive.- The location was central, just 200 meters from Macroom Golf Club.- Exceptional service was provided.- Parking 

every aspect of the hotel was excellent, i would like to have know about escape procedures in the event of emergency. we enjoyed our stay wish it had been for longer. the bathroom was great, especially the jacuzzi!! pity it wasnt
